Temple of the Flying Crane by Paul Bond fine Art 

This painting was commissioned by a German collector. He had already purchased a stacked stone themed piece and was looking for two more to “keep it company”. His request was to create a piece that incorporated the elements of sky and water. But I decided to include all of the natural elements: earth, water, air, wood, metal, air and fire (in the volcano). It also incorporates my love of Japanese culture and art. A most elemental painting of a very Zen nature that has become one of my favorites in this theme.
